About DMR Systems
Building Better Athletes Through Better Systems
DMR Systems was created with one mission: to help coaches build stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes through proven training systems and innovative performance tools.
Great programs are not built on random workouts. They are built through a repeatable process — one that combines training principles, athlete data, coaching experience, and consistent execution.
DMR Systems helps coaches simplify that process by providing the systems, resources, and technology needed to develop athletes at every level.
The DMR Philosophy
DMR stands for Dynamic. Max. Repeat.
These three principles represent the foundation of our approach to athletic development.
Dynamic — Developing speed, power, movement quality, and athletic expression.
Max — Building maximum strength, intensity, and the physical qualities required for competition.
Repeat — Creating the resilience, conditioning, and consistency needed to perform over an entire season.
Athletes do not become better through isolated workouts. They improve through a complete system that develops every quality needed to compete.
Designed By Coaches, For Coaches
After more than a decade working in strength and conditioning, DMR Systems was built from firsthand experience inside the weight room.
The biggest challenge facing coaches is not a lack of information — it is creating a system that can be implemented consistently, measured effectively, and managed efficiently.
DMR Systems provides coaches with practical solutions:
Team training systems
Athlete development resources
Performance tracking dashboards
Digital coaching tools
Education and mentorship resources
Our goal is simple: give coaches more time to coach while providing athletes with a better development process.
Our Approach To Performance
Every DMR System is built around four key ideas:
1. Proven Training Principles
We combine established strength and conditioning methods with modern performance concepts to create effective training systems.
2. Data-Driven Decisions
Athlete testing and performance tracking allow coaches to make informed decisions instead of guessing.
3. Simple Implementation
The best program is the one coaches can consistently execute. DMR products are designed to be practical, efficient, and coach-friendly.
4. Long-Term Athlete Development
The goal is not just short-term results. The goal is building athletes who are stronger, faster, healthier, and prepared for competition.
Meet the Founder
Ross Garner
DMR Systems was founded by Ross Garner, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over a decade of experience developing athletes in high school, college, and private settings.
Throughout his career, Ross has worked with athletes across multiple sports including football, baseball, softball, volleyball, wrestling, and lacrosse.
His experience developing programs, managing teams, and building training systems led to the creation of DMR Systems — a platform designed to help coaches solve the same challenges experienced every day in the weight room.
